Terms And Conditions

All goods are sent recorded delivery. This means you will not be able to recieve your goods unless you are at home to sign for them. This method protects both me and you from loss in the post.

I prefer payment by paypal but do accept cheques and postal orders...please contact me at clare@healingcraft.co.uk before pacing your order!

Goods returned unused within 7 days will be refunded minus shipping fees. Any damages of loss on the return of your item are your responsibility.

Any goods that arrive to you damaged will be claimed from the postal services, hence the recorded delivery. Please work with me on this one and we can get issues resolved with the company asap.
